Mofo Group's combination of development and construction expertise means we maintain control throughout all stages of a project and can ensure our client's needs are met from every angle.

Our services include identifying suitable projects, planning best use/alternative use schemes, performing full feasibility studies and risk analysis on proposed developments; managing the development process through to Development Approval or project completion; construction of Mofo developed projects; and marketing and sale of completed projects.

Mofo Group projects include new stand alone homes, co-joined townhouses, seniors units, medical centre fitouts and complete home renovations.

Gary Waters - Managing Director/Chairman

Gary has more than 10 years property development and project management experience. Holding senior management roles with several high-profile construction/development entities prior to establishing Mofo Group, Gary project managed numerous subdivisions, self funded seniors units, townhouse projects as well as design and construct and refurbishment of industrial warehouses.

Gary drives the acquisition, design, marketing and sales of all Mofo Group developments.

Sue Salidu - Managing Director Mofo Construction

Sue has over 12 years experience in the finance industry in the areas of property finance, consumer and commercial banking, and private banking. In her various roles, Sue was involved in the finance of developments from small unit block constructions to the sale of a coal mine and controlled a client portfolio of $66 million in funds under management.

During her role as Client Care Manager for publicly listed company FKP Limited, Sue created and administered the client care and defect management policies across their large property and retirement divisions.

With extensive experience in client care and construction/development quality assurance, Sue provides operational management for the entire Mofo Group. As Managing Director of Mofo Construction Pty Ltd she drives the groups’ projects through the tendering and construction phase to final completion and handover.

Duncan Goodridge - Chief Financial Officer

Duncan has more than 7 years experience working in accounting, financial management and business development. For the past 4 years, Duncan has been the Managing Director and CFO of rapidly expanding medical group Renew You. Duncan also has had experience in the managment and financing of Investment and Property Trusts, as well as holding other roles in the commercial accounting sector.

Duncan drives the financial management and business development of Mofo Group and is heavily involved in the sourcing of private investors, project financing and structuring, as well as the overall strategic planning.
